About Iridium Enforcement
Iridium Enforcement is an enforcement agency specialising in the recovery of commercial rent arrears (CRAR), commercial forfeiture, high court enforcement of county court judgements and residential possession with rent arrears. All of our enforcement agents (Bailiffs) are certificated via the county court, and are highly trained.
We successfully work with solicitors, estate agents, private and commercial landlords, private companies and local authorities to deliver efficient enforcement solutions across England and Wales.
Authorised High Court Enforcement Officers
High Court Enforcement Officers (HCEOs) are authorised officers of the High Court of England and Wales. They are authorised to enforce CCJs over £600 that have been transferred to High Court, High Court Judgements, and orders for the possession and recovery of property and land.
Iridium Enforcement’s Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer is Claire Sandbrook. Iridium Enforcement can assist you with escalating County Court Judgments to the High Court and for obtaining orders for possession. We have a dedicated client services team, enabling an efficient transparent service for all of our clients.
