Referrals may include debt recovery, unpaid invoices, rent arrears, County Court judgments, High Court enforcement, High Court evictions, possession-related enforcement, commercial rent recovery, enforcement support and other related recovery matters.

Each referral will be reviewed by Iridium Enforcement to confirm whether it qualifies under the scheme.

The Client Loyalty & Referral Bonus Scheme is subject to eligibility, approval and the referred matter being accepted by Iridium Enforcement. Discounts, rewards, benefits and commission arrangements may vary depending on the type of matter, the value of the instruction and the circumstances of the case.

Iridium Enforcement reserves the right to amend, withdraw or refuse any loyalty benefit, discount, referral bonus or commission arrangement at its discretion.

1. New Client Loyalty Scheme

Matter Upgrade Programme

This scheme applies to brand-new clients who independently instruct Iridium Enforcement without being referred by an existing client.

Where a new client instructs Iridium Enforcement on three separate matters, they may automatically be onboarded onto our discounted pricing model for future instructions.

Discounted service rates on future matters
Unlimited access to a dedicated case handler
Priority communication and case management
Streamlined onboarding for future instructions
Ongoing procedural support throughout the enforcement process
Support with future debt recovery, High Court enforcement and eviction-related instructions

2. Qualification Criteria

To qualify, the client must have completed payment for three separate instructions with Iridium Enforcement. This may include:

Debt recovery instructions
High Court enforcement matters
High Court eviction instructions
County Court bailiff support services
Enforcement-related instructions
Rent arrears or judgment recovery matters

Once the third matter has been completed, the client may automatically move onto the Iridium Enforcement discounted client model for future instructions.

3. Existing Client Referral Commission Scheme

Client Referral Bonus Programme

This scheme applies exclusively to existing Iridium Enforcement clients who refer new landlords, agents, businesses, creditors, property professionals or commercial clients to the business.

Where a referred client proceeds with Iridium Enforcement on a debt recovery, High Court enforcement or High Court eviction matter, the referring client may receive a referral commission payment.

Referral Commission Structure

Commission will be paid per completed instruction undertaken by the referred client, capped at the third instruction per referred client matter.

First instruction – commission payable
Second instruction – commission payable
Third instruction – commission payable
Fourth instruction onwards – no further commission payable

Key Principle

The referral bonus is capped at a maximum of three commission payments per referred client matter.

This structure rewards existing clients and professional contacts for introducing quality long-term business while maintaining sustainability within the scheme.

4. General Terms

Referral commission becomes payable only once Iridium Enforcement has received cleared funds from the referred client.

The referred client must be a completely new client to Iridium Enforcement.

The referring client must be identified at the start of onboarding.

Iridium Enforcement reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time.

Discounted client status and referral bonuses are non-transferable.

Referral rewards, discounts and client benefits may vary depending on the type of matter, the value of the instruction and the circumstances of the case.

Iridium Enforcement reserves the right to refuse any referral, instruction, commission payment or discounted client status where the matter does not meet the scheme criteria.
