Following a Supreme Court ruling in the case of R (ZH and CN) v London Borough of Newham and London Borough of Lewisham[2014] UKSC 62, Iridium Enforcement were able to launch a fast-track eviction process. The court ruled that possession orders are no longer required in temporary accommodation matters, rapidly speeding up the process.

How we can help
As possession orders are no longer required, Iridium Enforcement has an experienced team of certificated Enforcement Agents, who are able to carry out temporary accommodation evictions within days of a decision being made. Iridium Enforcement will attend and serve the required notices on the occupiers and then take the necessary action to evict them, on the specified eviction date.
